BRCM...is under no obligation to license their patents to anyone.

Which is why, imo, the cleanest and best outcome for Q is to successfully take this through the appeal process to get the patent declared invalid. That will end it for all...Q, Motorola, Samsung, etc.

Getting a stay is critical, and we should know on that, one way or the other, relatively soon.
