Rituxan has quite the safety record? Since Tysabri was withdrawn I think there have been something like 25 cases of PML reported... If you are comfortable not having B cells for 9 months then I guess it is an OK treatment.

(BTW, the reason Rituxan is effective vs B cells is that NHL is a B cell disease - no B cells, no NHL.)
