Help! Can any of you seasoned investors 'splain the rules regarding earnings reports and how soon after the quarter ends the company needs to file?

SAI last reported on 12-12 for a quarter ending 10-31-06. There is no indication they will be reporting this week. I can find a 4-5 date on Scottrade but that would be nearly 4 months from the last report and over two months and a week after the quarter ends.

I even emailed the company and they didn't respond when I asked when they were going to release earnings. Is there any place to go to get a definitive answer to when a company is going to report???
