Caspian is not looking as good as it was expect about 7 years ago, when BP and everyone thought there was a massive blanket formation running from the middle of the Caspian to shore. Now it is known the deposits are spotty, not a blanket.

Offshore West Africa, from Angola to almost Morroco, is seeing considerable activity.

Offshore Viet Nam is having good resutls, with some 10,000 barell a day wells.

Yemen has some good results. Yemen is in OPEC, but has a growing population and not much other business.

Cantarell may be falling much faster than the North Sea did.
