Mullaly leaves Boeing for Ford Motor Co.

One of the big problems historically at Ford has always been the Ford Family. A Ford has always run the company until recent years. Lee Iacocca was president for a few years. He did some great things. he also pissed off Henry Ford II and got himself fired. Other CEO's such as Jack Nassar did good but pissed off the Ford family and got himself fired. What Mulally will learn is that Ford Motor Company is nothing more than a family business. If you get the family mad at you, you're out
