there used to be a guy here rg64, or something, who said he'd consider buying rmbs if and only if the litigation and licensing was resolved. he said stocks were lousy when company was in litigation, company was fighting with customers and incurring legal fees. i said rmbs should win litigation - but, not litigation before payne, and rmbs might have much higher share price by time he was ready to consider buying it - i.e. after it won litigation. he wrongly said i claimed rmbs would win litigation before payne. i wonder if he'll be buying my shares from me at $100/share or more later this year. i think he won't feel like paying triple digits.
