I am pretty pumped about Elan still. I think uptake will be much stronger than anyone expects and also think that the AD programs will yield enormous results.

Sepracor has been disappointing. I actually sold 40% of my holdings on Friday to buy more Elan leaps (didn't tell my wife until after the AC when it was safe.) What to do with the remainder? I am going to hold. Lunesta will probably do another little jump here soon and then I expect that the MDI will kick in and we have r,r-formoterol coming. At some point another company will properly value the products, and more importantly, the excellent sales and marketing organization - and then buy it.
