I would guess your target is based on fundamentals, excluding "unusual material events"?

Not just fundamentals, but the fact that AMD now has 18% of a Market they were NEVER in.


And the fact the Intel currently has no Server Platform that can compete on performance.

Forbes Story today also solidifies my view.
