Chris Forte~~The only deep pockets that I'm interested in is the deep pockets that Psi Tec will enter into a partnership agreement with. I'm also interested in the terms of the partnership. Some companies enter into multiple partnerships which dilutes the importance of the value partnership concept.

As far as PR goes, you wouldn't even know the results of the testing if not for PRs. Some PRs are done well and some are done poorly. some generated potential shareholder interest, while others are so ill prepared that perfectly good companies with great products are hindered from reaching their potential. Professional PR Firms have can definitely help get the story out to wall street in a way the generates broker/investor interest.

I don't think that cash flow is a real issue as Universal Capital Management were the ones underwriting the PR campaign. Money will not be an issue if this product proves out.

Lastly there is the issue of credibility. If the company has lead the investors to believe that there is a dynamic PR campaign in the works and that test results are forth coming, then this is what should happen rather than no PR campaign and continuous delays in reporting the test results.

Taking several more months for testing and hiring yet another scientist could be interpreted as negative. One might expect more testing and bringing more expertise on board if the product had difficulty passing the tests. I'm not saying that there is a problem, but perceptions can also be important.
