To Topannuity~~PTHO goes down every time there is a PR because the company has been promising beef in their PRs, but have been feeding the shareholders spuds. I believe that the beef is on the way as soon as the R33 testing is done. This will probably happen within the next few weeks. If successful, the R33 test results should give the PR firm, Thinkbig media, the type of information which will make for a beefy PR and cause the deep pockets to line up at PTHO's door.
