I do disagree with some of what u said though. I don't think they have done poorly in the US, they have reacted slowly at times, and sometimes not at all, but they have been pioneers in pricing two times, they are still by far the largest straight ISP(as opposed to homosexual)subscriber wise.

They know they can't win that game(see AT&T), they seem more focused on balanced revenues from all sources and also quality of service and products, which will take them farther alone or if trying to sell themselves.

Said it before, say it again, I really don't think D.G. has had any offers over $20, he may have gotten some real low ball offers but I betcha he hasn't got any offers at all in the past 1 year. Call me crazy, just my guess.
