Again you quibble over the use of a word. Let's talk about the deeds. W attacked a country that was supposed to be a threat serious enough to warrant a preemptive attack. Once we got there we found he had a worthless army, no WMD and only fragments of evidence of the ability to produce WMD. Pieces it would have taken him years to resurrect. Years of time that we and the world would have had to fall asleep and forget to watch him.

W was wrong.
