Your math is correct your assumptions may be incorrect...I would think that they will have trouble duplicating what Key did with the rigs as a seperate operator, as they have other spare capacity available. What it does do is allow PTEN to pick up or tighten up a further customer base and as a more dominant player make the pricing stick better. Not sure where the key rigs are located but may be in areas where PTEN is strong thus not making as much of a difference as you might think...never make as much money with the last rig off the fence as you do with the ones set into the mix earlier...still a good pick up and good sale for Key.
