I've picked up a hijack program that I can't fix to save my life.

It makes windows pop open even when I am not on the net. The same three adds appear in sequence:

(1) a gambling site called "strip-poker";
(2) on labeled "urgent!" that tells me I have dangerous files in my computer that can let someone take it over (leads to a site selling spyware removal program); and
(3) on leading to the same site labeled "windows security center"

There seems to be no way to get rid of it, I've run every spyware program in the world, and the latest version of coolwebshredder, and nothing works.
