I agree with what I heard of Bill Frist's remarks on FNX this morning...along these lines... "It is not enough for the Chairman of the JudComm to bring nominees expeditiously to the floor for an up or down. Given the strength of the vote for the President, this chairman must actively work to get the President's nominees past the committee and the Senate." Or words to that effect!....

I don't think Spector is the man. Seniority be damned. HE had the gall to bring this up to embarrass the President. I don't think he should even be Senate dog-catcher! Surely there are more deserving!
