"Sanctuary Woods Is About to be bought out by Brodorbund"

coax@sfo.com posted that out of the blue on misc.invest stocks yesterday.
Although I don't personally subscribe to the Surprise Buyout
Theory, the idea is gaining merit.

First of all, I figure that if I know some of the good news
thats in the bag, most of the execs in Silicon Valley know.
A buyout sooner than later would be cost-effective for them.

Charlotte Walker(CEO) was all gung-ho about getting back on
NASDAQ within 15 days after delisting. The minute the original
Big Money Deal went in the trash, she was already shopping the
Big Money Deal II, which was supposed to close July 31.

Now I know for a fact that enough of CW's friends(namely Travelers)
signed on for a piece of the BMD II to get back on NASDAQ.
Then 2 weeks ago the deal kept getting bigger & bigger, and
for some reason the NASDAQ listing is delayed(like your broker
noted when he talked with CW). I heard it was delayed because
of an upcoming 3-1 reverse split.

CW was in Dallas Thursday still shopping the deal to NEW money people,
so you can take your pick:

1) Everything is as it seems, and more investors are needed to
get the deal done to specifications. The deal just hasnt closed yet.

2) CW has a BIG SURPRISE is store.

Either way, its gonna be GOOD NEWS. Earnings are coming out
FOR SURE this week.

The Market makers raising the ask to .75US can only be a good
sign. A friend who bought 5000 Thursday on the BB paid .62,
so the you can get SW for cheaper. Maybe not for .50 anymore,
I think it depends on how many you're buying.
