She's probably referring to an article of about five years ago showing Bush with an IQ of 92. Nine of the top ten were Dems the only Republican was Nixon and he can be discounted because of his conduct and subsequent resignation. Interestingly enough the "study" estimated IQ's based upon extemporaneous speeches and some other fuzzy criteria (which I don't remember). In any case the study had less Validity than a "rate your sex life" Cosmo quiz.
