I'm not sure thats totally true with the number of non Iraqi militants that have invaded the country. I don't think countries like Iran, Syria or even Saudi Arabia wants a true democracy to take hold in their area of the globe. That very thing could destabilize their governments and I'm sure thats not what they want.

Does that make any sense?
