Hey, PCS. Nyah, nyah, nyah!!! Like I said before. You can't expect to beat City Hall, without the City constructing a 24 hour a day Concrete Mixing Facility in the street outside your bedroom for a 6 year Sewer Expansion Project!! Well.. The Sewer Expansion Project lasted just about 10 years. In the end.. Nextwave offed some of that premium CDMA spectrum onto some needy GSM operators.. Which allows them to maintain their needed capacity against CDMA rivals. Most of the rest.. Nextwave decided to just give up in return for the destruction of the Concrete Mixing Facility that churned day and night outside their bedroom for 10 years. Nextwave Won and Lost.! The FCC Lost and Won! The US Public Lost and Lost! And the Nextwave/CDMA Carnival Barkers have all gone home. And so it goes, PCSTEL
