If it is so difficult to change service providers...how come our churn is so high?

Correction: it is so hard to switch from the RBOCs. Not the other way around. Plus, it is easy for the RBOCs to stick their fingers in the works. All they have to do is screw up a couple of installs per hundred and Covad's costs go way up. Which is why anything that takes (RBOC) humans out of the equation makes things easier for COVD.
