Hey Mini-Don..............I have no problem with your 100% or 1000%..... My problem with you and Don is the failure to see that the game is basically over. Has been since the CAFC ruled last January. The FTC just followed Judge Rader's lead, the DOJ and ALL OTHERS will fall in line. What is nice about the FTC ID is that McGuire spells everything out in crystal clear terms. His findings are indisputable. If the Full FTC wants to delay things Appeal the ID, so be it. It just means there are either buying opportunities and/or trading ops in the future. If I was trading this stock, I'd wait for it to drop a bit further. clearstation.etrade.com This month looks like a wash for me. Made money Selling March 40 Calls but without any positive news my Mar 30 and 35's will evaporate. Then its on to the next month. Sweet dreams.
