I can see it now. They do a 15 to 1 reverse split and the stock becomes marginable. Next, all of Bernies minions rush out and buy on margin, then all the professionals come in and short the stock back to 0.38. During all this Bernies gives himself a raise to $3.5M and congratulates himself for a job well done.
