Darfot, OT yeah, but think of all the exciting press releases QCOM can get out of it!

As some shareholders DO get REAL pleasure out of an exciting PR and as most companies are unable to issue non-boring PR, yes I think one SHOULD assign some value to be reflected in market cap to exciting PR especially if they are cascading :-)

The exact formula of the value of the PR still needs to be developed, but shouldn't be MUCH harder than Black-Scholes.
