This seems like an endless rehash, but I don't support the death penalty. While it is certain that a fetus is at least unthinking (which is why I support that argument) it is never certain that a convicted criminal is really guilty. Even if they are, many criminals may be able to provide useful information even years after their own crime.

It is easier to kill someone if you view them as an inatimate object.
I feel I must repeat again, (and again), that abortion is not something to be celebrated. It is the acknowledgement of either a personal mistake, or biology gone terribly wrong. It is only the person carrying the fetus that can make that determination.
