It is also said that somehow H1-B will have perfect resume that matches the job - what a joke.

Thats what I was trying to say in an earlier post. I can't say this publicly but everybody in the industry (including HR people) know that certain groups have huge problems with lying about their background and experience, and there is no real way to verify anything because its all overseas. You could say lots of americans do stupid things like lie about degrees and other stuff on resumes. But this is on a completely different level, believe me.
