Well, it doesn't look like we're going to need the Supreme Court to decide a winner here. Congratulations Dave. You did some fine trading in 2002.

I was still holding hope, until today, that ELD would get the $5. a share buy-out and I could sprint past you at the finish. I guess it's not to be.
