It is a bit low. PVAT is growing faster than DRS, yet the deal will be immediately accretive for DRS. The buyout should have been for at least $6. PVAT stays undervalued to the end....

The primary beneficiaries will be DRS and PVAT employees, as it is a good deal for both. We get to pocket a nice profit, but not as much as we expected.
