I answered that for you already on this board. You can go back a couple of weeks and find the answer, but I'll give you a hint: NONE. You are a minority shareholder in a privately held corporation, which is not required to prepare or distribute financial statements.

And BTW, Stayhealthy is a Delaware corporation. Delaware corporate law controls.
