I suggest you keep this conversation directed at the topic at hand and not my personal business or I will be glad to make a whole lot of private site logs public including but not limited to the calls where Tony told the entire flock, YOU included, that his "cash bribe stocks" were comming straight from the FBI. I have many logs for months after I was gone. Wanna play? I bet some of your fellow site members might just advise against it. >>

With statement like this from BearDown, I would be very surprise if the FBI has not yet investigated or subpoenaed him for the 'private site logs'. Apparently, there were evident out there indicated the site members knew Tony obtained the info illegally from the FBI and profited from his trades according to Beardown statement. The FBI either had someone else provided them with the 'private site logs' and they didn't need BearDown, or someone was not telling the truth about being investigated by the FBI.

In either case, I find it interesting not one single member came forward and denied what BearDown said. Looks like many of you are afraid of what he knows, and what he will spills out if you piss him off.

Bob, why I don't see you threatening BearDown with any lawsuit to shut him up? Looks like there are a lots more things the Enterprise are hiding from the public (I hope they didn't hide them from the FBI, or attempted to delete the chat logs because that would be obstruction of justice if they did); I hope the truth will come out when the FBI tighten the snooze and connect the dots.

You are a webmaster for Tony's site, you should have the chat logs. So tell us if Tony did tell the entire flock, that his "cash bribe stocks" were coming straight from the FBI? Or was BearDown lying to get attention?
