I had direct contact with a CEO in Dallas, that had claimed Tony showed up at his office and attempted to extort a large amount of shares. The CEO told Tony to get lost and very shortly thereafter there was a major short attack on the stock involving Tony and "friends". The name of that certain stock starts with a "P", just so those of you in the know, know what I am talking about. I believe that if this is true, it can be proven. Just check travel records, witnesses, trading patterns, etc. Oh, and Tony did not show up there alone!
I also believe that the government is going to prove their case into the unauthorized obtaining of restricted and confidential information. You see, something that you people, including the media, just don't seem to understand. Even if the information that Tony obtained, was "public information" if it was given to him from FBI files without going through the proper procedure, such as FOIA (Freedom of Information Act), it is against the law!!!! Also receiving information from NCIC, without proper authorization is against the law. Why, because there is BOTH public and non-public information in the NCIC computer. Also, by law, only certain people can access NCIC. That happens to be a computer system that records every entry made, by whom, and the date and time of the inquiry. Now, I won't be surprised if there are more than 70 unlawful inquiries made into the NCIC computer, in behalf of Tony, which can be proved.
Do any of you really believe that the FBI would arrest two of their own without having solid evidence of wrong doing! If you do, then you are either in fantasyland or denial
All one has to know is the procedure involved in disciplining an FBI agent, let alone the arrest of an agent, and you would understand that Tony is in deep ----. Trust me, there is enough evidence against Tony to put him away for at least 25 years. And, that is one that I wouldn't short! LOL
