I know it's too much trouble fumbling for the controls on a MP3 player when you could simply tell your shirt to play Drops of Jupiter.

Actually the medical applications sound reasonably interesting. Then you could tell your shirt that you need an ambulance and it would send your vitals to an EMT via the cell phone suppository <g>.
