San Jose, California, Feb. 13 (Bloomberg) -- Brocade Communications Systems Inc., whose switches direct information among computers and data-storage systems, said fiscal first- quarter profit fell 64 percent as sales declined amid a U.S. recession. Net income for the quarter ended Jan. 26 was $11.7 million, or 5 cents a share, from $32.5 million, or 13 cents, a year earlier. Sales fell 25 percent to $123.1 million from $165 million. What about the current situation? Looks like the trend is slowly starting to change...
