That stock was touted here at $4, $3, $2 and now scraping $1.

1) It's a story stock with heaps of PR.
2) Executives- son, son-in-law, sister. Hardly a tough BOD.
3) Look at the S-3. Some people have said the convertible is floorless. Decide for yourself what the Tailwind fund is up to. I can't.
4) Look at expenses and cash burn.
5) Look at the annual reports for the past few years. Who needs that much complexity from a microcap?
6) Finally, look at the amount of fanaticism.

I think everyone should point this stock out to their friends- just go read the sec filings and see if you don't crack a grin!
