That's a great idea. I'll see if there is place like that around me. Beats $2.29 for 4 ounces.

We buy Ghirardeli at Trader Joe's which sells bulk chocolate, broken pieces, for about $2 pound.

Tell him not to worry if it's a little jiggly in the middle out of the oven, it sets up with the cold. And slice with a knife dipped in hot water.
