Ted, I disagree. As far as Medtronic's entering the arena of web-based monitoring of patient defibrillators, pacemakers and the like, I find this very encouraging. Especially from the standpoint of internet or web-based monitoring and patient-doctor relationships entering or capitalizing on this 21st century tech. I don't see this as competition for Stayhealthy as much as a validation of product-use medium in which Stayhealthy products operate as well. Medtronic (of which I am a shareholder) is a $50 billion gorilla that has very publicaly displayed its intentions to enter this wireless world. They have a very active mergers and acquisitions department - Stayhealthy could be an attractive target in time. dax
