Kim, Thank you for the phone number and I think we should all call and ask about what technology they are going to use. The announcement below came out 05/31/1994 which is over three years ago. This is the only time I have ever seen anything mentioned that B-CDMA will be used by Ellipso. With the stock up almost 5 % between the high and the low today maybe others figure Ellipso will now license B-CDMA. We still face the problem of full mobility but by the time the system is up in 2000 that may be history. The Ellipso site shows us that there is quite a few big players behind them. At the annual meeting it was said that there would be at least one more licensing agreement before the end of the year so maybe it will be Ellipso . The below announcement said the two parties signed a contract but no mention of licensing. Hopefully this is why there is no mention on the Ellipso site of B-CDMA because they are not licensed yet.

(ASE:IDC) announced Tuesday that its Broadband-Code Division Multiple Access (B-CDMA) technology will be used for ELLIPSO, the innovative mobile satellite system of Mobile Communications Holdings Inc.
