From the chart of ONC we can see the stock spent last week basing right around it's 100MA on average volume. The chart indicators are all bullish and pointing to further upside. The basing pattern this stock put in last week suggests to me the stock is about to break out and my bet would be to the upside. Looks good P.D.T.
