Hi A, Certainly as a group they've never been much of interest, but when I see such a list of "bad boys" I'll go look at the entire sector. Usually even the strong ones in the group get whacked with guilt by association.

In the case of air trans. I'm not sure there are "strong" candidates! :-) However, that short list is only the ones that made V/L's Worst list. There has to be someone who flies airplanes that knows how to make money!

Years ago I used to watch Alaska Air and Southwest Air. At the time they made money when others didn't. Don't know if this is still true.

I'm glad that this thread still offers a place for comments even if it's not on the "Hot Subjects" list!
