COMMENTS: We should make the connection, between MSFT, Korea Telecom, Stinger and then this starts becoming interesting.

Just to add to that....Qualcomm and MSFT took equity stakes in KT Freetel in November of '99. For Qualcomm, it was an attempt to push HDR. KT Freetel has since decided to adopt BREW and HDR....not sure what MSFT got out of the deal.
