As far as Digital River, you should know that unlike many companies, DRIV reports NET revenues not gross revenues (they switched last year). Gross revenues would be over $500 million. The net revenues do not include the costs of the products they sell - but only their take. So they have very high margins on those net revenues.

Analysts expecting a loss of 5 cents this quarter and a positive 30 cents next year. However, watch and see if they post break even this quarter and move their expectations up to near 50 cents for next year.
