Did I understand you correctly? Since these terrorists are already considered dead in their hometowns, that background checks fail to turn up anything on them? How can this be? Why don't they show up as dead? Or are the checkers of background just not very careful? I seem to recall one of them still living now and captured here in the United States after being found to have participate in the terrible bombings being on the FBI list from back in the 1980's sometime.
