RESEARCH ALERT-Morgan Stanley raises Loudcloud


NEW YORK, Aug 30 (Reuters) - Morgan Stanley said on Thursday that it had raised its rating on Internet infrastructure services provider Loudcloud Inc. <LDCL.O> to "outperform" from "neutral."

No further details were immediately available.

On Wednesday, Loudcloud posted a fiscal second-quarter per share loss that beat analysts' consensus and maintained previously lowered guidance for full-year revenue.

Its shares rose in after-hours trading on Wednesday to $2.91 from $2.20.
