I get it, Ten thinks RISC chips all use SRAM.

Sorry, no, since DRAM for the PC market is the cheapest possible solution, most embedded RISC chips provide glueless interfaces to SDRAM. Pretty amazing, $15 and they manage to combine the CPU and the chipset.
