Mr. Liou, Chairman of EASTECH, added, "e.Digital's jukebox design and expertise in digital product development are complementary to our business. Together we can offer our OEM customers advanced solutions for their product development and manufacturing needs. Our customers are interested in the latest digital music technology and in incorporating MicroOS/MicroCAM into their product lines." AND this: Mr. Liou, Chairman of EASTECH, added, "Based on our OEM customers' interest, we believe we have found a valuable engineering and design partner in e.Digital. We seek to further support our customers by expanding our licensing agreement with e.Digital and offering their DataPlay-enabled designs to our OEM customers for licensing and private labeling. By strengthening our partnership we believe we will be able to help our private label customers take advantage of sales growth expected in DataPlay-enabled products."
