I'll say it again. Bill Melton is a visionary. He's one of
the backers of Paypal.com which is experiencing exponential
growth. paypal.com  allows folks to zap money by e-
mail. Personal accounts are free but take a look at the fee
schedule for premier and business accounts.

Bill Melton was genuinely excited about the recent merger
with Network 1 Financial for good reason. The conservative
2 % per transaction amount has very positive implications
for CyberCash revenues/earnings in 2001. :~)
