Omitting the cobalt, what is your fair valuation?

IMMHO, considering the gold alone, a fair valuation might be based on

*********************************************************

(the total value of all the gold in the ground plus the money already spent plus cash in the bank)

multiplied by a "correction" factor of, say, 0.2, and

then divide the above result by

(the total number of shares).

*****************************************************

I suppose that if we repeat this calculation
for each significant/worthwhile mineral,

and then sum up all the individual results
and multiply this [sum (+ cash already spent + cash in bank)] by 0.2

and divide the result by the total number of shares,
a fair valuation of a FT share should emerge.

Of course, for a more fair valuation, the potential values of all other FT properties will have to be included in the calculation.

Just my opinion only! Your comments, please.
