I don't think that closing below the 41 or 42 range means that SEG is going to go down and not recover. From a TA point of view, its just another negative indicator. You are right, the stock has previously closed in the high 30's and then turned around and went into the 50's.

I think the concerns about supply and price cutting need to be settled. If they go away, the stock should recover. If they are proven to be correct, the stock dives. The question is, how long will it take to settle the issue, and what will it take to settle the issue?
