Dear Richard,
I totally agree with you.I am buying more tomorrow.With the p/e so low
it is a great attraction for the fund managers.Yes it has very minimal
down-side but a high potential of growth in price.I want to know about buy back policy by IBM though.Do you know accurately when and how they do it?In what numer of shares or how much money have they reserved for
buy back.Are they buying back now?I highly doubt that they are buying back now but if they are going to they better do it soon.
