Compaq to Include Net2Phone Product in PC

NEWARK, N.J. (Reuters) - Net2Phone Inc. (NasdaqNM:NTOP - news), which provides telephone service over the Internet, on Wednesday said Compaq Computer Corp. (NYSE:CPQ - news) will bundle its YAP Phone with new Compaq Presario computers.

The YAP Phone, which plugs into the computer and includes Net2Phone's minutes and software, will be included with new Compaq Presario computers at stores in the United States or online (http://www.compaq.com).

Under the agreement, the phone will come with up to 1,500 free domestic talk minutes and will allow users to make free PC-to-PC calls.

YAP phones are sold separately for $54.99.
