It got born because the management, like a lot of people got caught short by the Bre-X disaster and didn't raise money when they could. Having just gone through the Winspear fiasco I'm not gearing up for another fight that we can't win, so when the mail arrived yesterday I heeded the warning and took my punishment and bailed out.. When the miracle happens and MPV is suddenly found to be economic after all I will smile sadly and shake my head, but I'll do it from afar.. The Black Mamba is supposed to be the most dangerous snake to come from Africa... it isn't, DeBeers ability to mesmerize people makes it far more dangerous and with a merciless voracious appetite too.
